Although I haven't yet had the pleasure of getting personal support from navin, I find the many tutorials, links lists, etc. she's posted on these forums [i:ad111d0d3c]very[/i:ad111d0d3c] useful! In fact, I've C&P'd most of them so I can have them in one place :)

As soon as I saw the title of this topic, I knew I had to reply and add my praises for Navin. Service with lots of smiles :D :lol: and help that goes way beyond the norm! I cannot believe the support that I am receiving from Navin.
It is 7.30pm on a Sunday evening of a Bank Holiday weekend,
& my problem has been solved in 15 mins flat.

I have to say a big Thank you, as Kualo is the third provider that I have tried in as many months, & the other two were an absolute waste of space. One of them purchased domainnames for me with a stolen credit card, & the other one had thier control panel software upgraded without even knowing about it. This meant that wecould not make any changes for three days. :D :D
