Hope these haven't been answered recently. I looked at the first page and couldn't find all of my answers. I am looking into getting a reseller account.

1.) If I start off with the r-one and it blossoms, is the upgrading to a new account easy and free?

2.) My domain is www.riderworks.com. So, when people need to host with me they need to add ns1.riderworks.com and ns2.riderworks.com to point to me?

3.) Let's say I have no clue about servers and hosting stuff behind the scenes. Will I be able to configure everything for my clients using the WHM panel?

4.) If I sign up tonight(and I am really considering, heh) how soon will my site be up so I can offer my services?

5.) I read above(or below) that with an account the buyer gets 50MB's of space and 1GB transfer for his/her own site? Is this true? (Just making sure, Steve.) Oh, and this is extra over what the plan states?

6.) I'm not really transfering my domain, right? So, if I ordered then I'd pay(monthly) the $29.95 and that would be that?

Thanks for answering my questions. :) I love the support I see so far. That alone makes me happy for Kualo. Oh, and KualoJo, I really dig your avatar of the cat. :D

Hi,

Thanks for your interest in Kualo.

1.) If I start off with the r-one and it blossoms, is the upgrading to a new account easy and free?

Yes, you would just let us know and we can do this in a few clicks for you. There is no upgrade fee, though if you are a long way off your next payment date you may have to pay a half monthly fee to upgrade ensuring the cost between packages is covered.

2.) My domain is www.riderworks.com. So, when people need to host with me they need to add ns1.riderworks.com and ns2.riderworks.com to point to me?

This is correct, yes.

3.) Let's say I have no clue about servers and hosting stuff behind the scenes. Will I be able to configure everything for my clients using the WHM panel?

Most things will be configurable in WHM yes, any other problems or things your clients ask you to do that require more than CPanel or WHM access you can ask us through the forums or helpdesk and we can take care of these for you.

4.) If I sign up tonight(and I am really considering, heh) how soon will my site be up so I can offer my services?

We would set up your account within a few hours of receiving your order. :)

5.) I read above(or below) that with an account the buyer gets 50MB's of space and 1GB transfer for his/her own site? Is this true? (Just making sure, Steve.) Oh, and this is extra over what the plan states?

Yes this is true, and yes it is in addition to what you get in the main plan.

6.) I'm not really transfering my domain, right? So, if I ordered then I'd pay(monthly) the $29.95 and that would be that?

Yes, this would be all you pay.

Thanks for answering my questions. :) I love the support I see so far. That alone makes me happy for Kualo. Oh, and KualoJo, I really dig your avatar of the cat. :D

Sorry to bother you guys again. I just noticed something and got me curious.

In r-three and r-four I see "Cpanel Advanced"

What are the differences?

Hi,

That is a mistake which we are now correcting, there is no longer any difference. Originally it was our intention to offer our Easy-Install system to only the higher packages, this facility is now offered to all our users.

Sorry for any confusion this caused.

Best regards,

Jo

Hey hey,

I have sent your welcome details, welcome to Kualo. I also enabled the client access on the forums so that you don't need to request this in advance! :D

Catch you around soon!
