Hi,
That free month will be applied after you have hosted with us for two months (you get the third month free).
I hope that helps... Don't hesitate to contact us if we can be of further assistance.
Best regards,
Craig.

We will transfer the account data to you, and you can then edit the DNS zones on the old server to point to the new one with us. This will mean that the accounts are running from the new server straight away. You can then register the nameservers, and over a few days, the old servers will stop processing DNS requests, and our server will start.
HTH,
Craig.
I dont want to be a pest and I know it hasnt been 24 hours but ....will my welcome email be coming soon? I have alot to do and I cant do it till it comes :D

Hi,
I guess you could pronounce it like:
Koo-ah-lo
Actually, it's difficult to describe, so that isn't exactly how I'd say it :)
Craig.

"bradley" - I just joined this week but I've been lurking there for a month or so. Navin had mentioned the site in an old post or email or something.
