What Now?

I have signed up for a hosting account and my payment has been processed, but I have heard nothing from Kualo, not even an email to say they are dealing with my account. Is this normal? If so, how long before they get in touch?

They would normally be in touch pretty quickly, I am sure one of them will pop up here soon and tell you. But they do manually process the orders to help weed out false ones.

As John mentioned, all orders are manually verified to prevent fraud, a policy which helps us maintain stable servers as it reduces the number of spammers that attempt to use our servers.
