Hi my name is Will. I just joined Kualo last friday

I don't really have a reseller's strategy yet. I am a PHP/VB/Foxpro Prorammer by trade, but I work for a small company where I web-enable lagacy payroll accouting apps. Since i've been here (the past 4 years), I've fallen into the general category "Computer Guy". So naturally i've been responsible for their web page design, hosting, setting local up webservers, networking admin...and so on.

I started looking into reselling as a possible means for
self-employment and just to add to my knowledge of webdesign/hosting/ecommerce.

It appears to me that webhosting market is highly saturated, so I'm not sure whether I'll be able to make a worthwhile profit without offering additional services (web page design and e-commerce consulting for local businesses), but it's good to be here and to learn something new in a knowledgable community like kualo.

Hello Will,

Great to have you as part of the Kualo Community! I don't know about the web hosting business being saturated. There are lots of people selling and re-selling hosting services for sure. The ones who survive are those that are able to provide top notch service. The others go back to their regularly scheduled programs. Hope that you enjoy your stay with us.

I think you are probably right about the market being saturated. But if you've got confidence in the product then you should be able to make your mark. The Kualo support and service should give you all the confidence you need.

Graeme :)

PS If I ever have a question on web-enabling legacy payroll accounting apps i'll know who to ask  :P :P
