New tech support member.

Good morning,

I am a new tech support staff member here at Kualo. I am very excited to be a part of such a wonderful community. Jo and Craig have been extremely nice and hospitable. I feel like I'm in a very caring family environment. This introduction wouldn't be complete without a proper background information about myself. So here is what I'm bringing to Kualo.

I am a 28-year-old high school computer science teacher. I have previous tech support experience at AT&T Broadband working on helping cable modem customers troubleshoot connectivity, hardware and software problems. I also have prior experience in managing DNS, MySQL database, FTP, web design and etc.
