I posted this here in the Resellers section instead of the public site review section for obvious reasons. Jo, you may wish to create a review section here in for resellers.
Please give honest reviews on my new site, including cross browser support, room for improvement, etc. It has only been tested in IE 6.0.
I still have some work to do on Our Networks page so it is not an exact copy of Kualo's, and maybe Jo or someone else can let me know if I have the correct bandwidth providers for the HE and Canadian data centers.

Thanks!!!!!
WOW! Very, very nice. At first I thought it was a bit busy - so many links to click! But once you get going it all flows very nicely. You present a great deal of information in an attractive layout that is easy to get around. Makes me want to sign up!
Now, can I hire you to do one like that for me :?:
BTW, I am using NetCaptor V. 7.1.0 Beta 1 (http://netcaptor.com) tabbed browser and all was fine. Your secure area opened and offered up the certificate.
Nice Job!

Watch it! ;)
I've always thought your site was very good, very professional. A good job all round. I don't know if I'd change too much. :)

Yeah I signed up - errrr I mean it looks real nice.
I like the headers and the plan information area is well spaced out. The holiday banner area is well done too.
The only thing that might be a little out of place is the funky font you used for the Domain Names as low as $12.99 year part.
The rest is very well done.

Thanks for the compliments!

Yes, I somewhat agree with that. I have been thinking about turning some my side menus into graphic links to soften it up a little.
[quote:9bbfb002fa]Now, can I hire you to do one like that for me[/quote:9bbfb002fa]
No Roxy, but I could do one with your own identity!

Yea, I guess you've been in there quite a bit lately, hu Jo! Sorry!

These are my honest opinions...
In general, at first glance, it looks professional. If i were soeone loking for web host then i will stay in this site for more information about your services. This is the most important point i think.
Well....I don't know if I'm qualified to answer this question ("Honest opinions from the experts!") but...
I think it's beautiful, very professional! :D
The color scheme is pleasing, the navigation is easy, the FAQ are well thought out (including links to relevant items),I like that you have links to all the relevant web sites for the 1 click install programs (although I was thinking you might want to warn your clients that they will be leaving your web site when they click on them)
btw...how do you like PHP Manager?

[quote:f4194da75c]btw...how do you like PHP Manager?[/quote:f4194da75c]
I like phpManager for the auto account creation in WHM, multiple server support and now the HelpDesk after I totaly re-coded it with many of the same feature some other popular helpdesk programs offer.

FYI Christina, we just bought PerlBill (www.perlbill.com) and are still finding new features and discovering how great it is. What's more, is that the creators are still adding and working on suggestions. Take a look at the demo on their site.... its fairly expensive, but oh I definately think its worth every penny.

I did look at PerlBill. Very nice indeed, but I am a PHP guy and I just gotta change something!
I am also doing some testing with ModernBill, very nice interface but slow because of all the graphics, but that can be fixed pretty easy. And it works well with multiple servers also.
Randy
Just took a look at Perlbill - wow! It looks much better than the last look I had. I may need this in the future!

Peter Gabriel
Sinead O'Connor http://www.sinead-oconnor.com/[/list:u:4c4e69e843]
would say Sinead O'Connor is probably the most talented female singer of my generation, and not totally appreciated for her voice.
Also Jo, when you have had time to use Perlbill fully a run down of the pro's and con's would be nice from a user :)

Of course Mark. Hopefully when we get it fully running you'll have a good "user perspective" so you know what its like from the other side too. Can't wait. :)
Has anyone ever heard of or used ManagerInABox (http://www.ispmanagerinabox.com/features.php)?
The one time fee for 129.95 USD doesn't look too bad for what you get.
But what about this:
Server Requirements
PHP4
MySQL
Javascript & cookie enabled browser
*NIX Operating system
PHP Safe Mode Off
Regex Library must be Bundled Library Enabled
SAFE-MODE must be OFF (disabled)
Is it possible to use this at Kualo?

I think you should take a look at this information on their website:
Planned Future Enhancements
WHM/Cpanel Integration (12/14/2002)
Theme based admin section (12/14/2002)
Domain Watch (expiry reminder system) (12/14/2002)
Domain registration (enom) integration (12/30/2002)
Authorize.net payment module (-back burner-)
QChex payment module (1/2003)
You will definitely want to wait until they have the WHM/CPanel integration and make sure your payment processor works with it.

I don't have a list of hottie musicians :( never really thought about that. I only listen to their music, that's all.
but i can tell you that my boyfriend/fiancé was the very *definition* of HOT  :inlove: :sigh:
Awwwww.....Navin!
Thats a VERY good answer! :P :biggrin2:
Well, I can't keep my mouth shut about musicians any longer - if HOT[/color:80a087a164] means incredibly gifted, composer extraordinaire, kind, benevolent, humanitarian, PLUS SEXY [/color:80a087a164]& Handsome. Then there can be only one:

Hey Jo,
Hope this isn't a strange place to post this...I remembered having this "conversation" about Perlbill and went looking for it.
What do you think about Perlbill now that you have it installed?
From a users perspective it seems like it would be pretty cool......except that there aren't any of my invoices showing up in the billing. Wouldn't this be the point to having Perlbill?
Is there some sort of glitch? Are you dissapointed, or is everything else working from the Admin side?
Just curious. :)

Hi Christina,
When we first introduced Perlbill, we were actually thinking of moving our billing across onto it. However, we found that it really wasn't advanced enough for our needs. We bill in GBP, USD and CAD, and it was rather difficult to get Perlbill to do that. I had to do a large amount of customisation to effectively 'add' extra payment processors to the system (we needed to have Worldpay bill in both USD and GBP).
We did move some clients onto the perlbill system as a test, and found that it wasn't quite working as we had hoped, so we haven't progressed with it for billing.
On a user side, I think it is a nicer system, although I haven't used the new version of PerlDesk.
I hope that helps... If Jo has anything to add, I'm sure he will :)
Craig.
Hi Craig,
I guess I should have figured that there was an unusual set of problems with multiple currencies, etc. Well, it is only a $199 program! Probably cost thousands to have a programmer create one that does all that you want.
I was just curious! Thanks for sharing!
BTW, I've been talking to Dennis about Paysystems....other than having to tweak it for mulitple currencies and paypal....did you find it easy to integrate? Dennis told me you (and Graeme?) were the mastermind behind the project.
I have a client who may want to use it, I may eventually integrate too.
Any thoughts are appreciated!:D
