Hi,
Just a few questions before signing up :)
1. If I sign up for the rTest account to start with, this can be upgraded at a later date with the minimum of hastle can't it?
2. I can transfer files and DB's across pretty easy from my other reseller account (with another company) but what about things link subdomain settings, email accounts, etc? Is there a way to transfer these across?
3. How long will it take for my account to be activated?
EDIT: One more: There doesn't seem to be an option for the test reseller plan on the order form, what is the process for ordering this?
Thanks :)
If your current hosting provider uses WHM/Cpanel you may transfer whole thing if they help you.
On kualo side, i can just say as a reseller here; appreciated.
Wait for kualo response for demo account, sure they help.

Thanks for your reply CK :)
Well my current host [b:269ed9cd8a]did[/b:269ed9cd8a] support WHM/cPanel but has recently had all their licences revoked (it seems)... this is why I'm in a rush to get out and wondered if anyone had any tips for transferring without WHM/cPanel.
As for Kualo: I very much like the look of the company but think the test account is best for the first month to check things out. Is this forum the best way to get answers to my questions? I've also tried the info@ email aswell with no answer yet.

Hi Jim,
The best way to contact support is by using their helpdesk (http://helpdesk.kualo.com). The support staff are on the helpdesk 24/7, but only take a look in the forums from time to time
Hope this helps :)
Craig.

I'm not a customer yet though so don't have an account :) Oh well, suppose I'd better just wait :)

You should:
a) be able to sign up with the helpdesk even if you are not a customer.
or
b) I think if you send an email to tickets@kualo.com, it enters the ticket system without you having to register. I am not positive about this though :)
Regards,
Craig.

Change that email address to ticket@kualo.com
Think I'd better start checking addresses before I post them :)
