2) What are your live Tech support hours? Account set-up hours?

3) I couldn't access the tutorials section to see what they cover. Is there anything on shopping carts/ecommerce?

4) how much is a private SSL thru you?

5) What is the difference between your Cpanel and Advanced Cpanel?

Servers are located in Tampa, FL. We also have a facility in Canada for customers of Kualo Canada.

We have tech support members located in the USA, Canada, UK, Australia and Pakistan, giving true global coverage. Onsite techs are also ready to do network or server work should thie be needed.

Support is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our response times are usually no more than a few minutes.

Your account will normally be set up within six hours, though we normally get this done within an hour. We guarantee that you will receive your details within 24 hours at the maximum.

This is restricted to customers only, but yes there is information, advice and recommendations on shopping cart and merchant solutions.

We provide a shared SSL certificate free of charge, we do not sell private SSL ourselves although again you will find more information on where to purchase certs in our customer forums.
