Potential Newbie Questions
I'll apologise in advance if I missed the answers to these elsewhere, these are things I couldn't see on your web site ....
Reseller account questions .... How much is addtional bandwidth per GB say? Do I get my own nameservers? I believe you have AWStats preinstalled? ... Do you keep up to date with latest stable version installed for AWStats and your PHP scripts too? Do you have any anti-virus email protection? What version of MySQL is installed? Can the reseller control the features in the resold control panels i.e. choose which features and scripts they have available I'm in UK is your support round the clock or just US office hours? I thank you ..... |

Hi Guys
There was someting things I intended to ask, but it's getting late here and fatigue is affecting my memory!! Ahh right it;s coming back to me ..... My main concerns were not being able to pick up the phone if necessary, at least not without it costing me a fortune (long distance) as I can't see a UK phone number but it seems you have a pretty good online support system anyway. Really wanted good options to modify resold panels and features. Oh yes and scripts/software are updated with new stable versions regularly as I have had bad experience of being stuck with the old and told hard luck your stuck with it!! I think I managed to find answers to everything else either on your site o r here at the forum. Thanks People .... |

I have never had to use it though as requests on the help desk or here in an emergency are always answered quickly (or I go shout at someone on MSN ). |

Hi,
Generally, we take sales enquiries on the telephone, and support is handled online. We find that the online forums/helpdesk combination is far more effective. As for the price, the price you pay is as advertised. At present, we are not VAT registered due to the structure of our business, as we run operations in more than one country. Best regards, Craig. |
