Hi, I learned about Kualo from webhostingtalk.com, and I must say I am very impressed. I have been searching for hosting companies for non-stop since 2 weeks ago, as I am currently having problems with my reseller plan elsewhere. Unfortunately, if I switch to Kualo, it would be my 5th host in 2 months..

I just wanted to know if you accept money orders. I did a search for money orders in the community, but I didn't get a lot of information. I also tried to find the FAQ, but I couldn't find it at the site at all..

Also, would it be possible for me to request a different cPanel theme? I really prefer bluelagoon or xcontroller.

Well I certainly hope that we can be the right host for you. We would be able to accept money orders or wire transfers in GBP only for annual payments, otherwise credit card payment would be the only way that you could pay. It would not be possible to work this out on a monthly basis as it would significantly increase the administrative task of collecting funds as it would not be automated.

There are a number of CPanel themes installed, although Bluelagoon is no longer supported by cpanel and has been replaced by the CPanel X theme. If you have a copy of an old skin you are able to upload this to a directory if you sign up as a reseller, and we could link this in for you to use.

I'm not sure if the promotion will be carried over but I will try to make sure you receive it since you have already communicated your desire to move to Kualo. We will just have to agree to the payment options.
