Hi,

As mentioned in the email response to you, if Cronjobs cause excessive load, then they will have to be removed...

Also, be aware that we take spam reports seriously, and deal with them immediately...

Best regards,

Craig.

We do allow you to run cron jobs, but should the cron job or the frequency of the cron job cause the server to decrease in performance to the extent that it affected performance for other users, we will need to contact you to arrange to make it infrequent or to discuss other options. This would naturally be the case if another user was running something which caused performance to worsen for yourself.

Our downtime is 99.5%, not 99.95%. We generally maintain uptime above 99.9%. Our uptime policy can be found here: http://www.kualo.com/policies/sla.php

There have been times when downtime has been more, problems are unfortunately infrequent part of the business, but we have a reputation for excellence in communication and being open and honest with clients at all times.

If you were to sign up next week, you would be on the following server:

Dual Intel Pentium Xeon 2.6GHz with Hyperthreading
2GB RAM
Dual SCSI Hard Drives

This server is being used from Monday onwards, and so I have no record of uptime for it. The last server we added has only had 38 minutes downtime since it was put into service in September.

We would provide you with WHM, and all your clients with cPanel. Our servers are located in our own facility in Tampa, Florida.
