For Kualo United Kingdom:

We are interested in purchasing a simple test web hosting package from you. We wish to transfer a small Web site from another webhost to Kualo to test your service. The Custom Hosting Plan for our requirements comes to only a one-off charge of £32.40. I had three questions before we signed up:

(1) If we purchase a no monthly package, for which we pay only one charge for lifetime hosting, are there any ongoing charges whatsoever? Are there any monthly or annual charges at all after our initial payment? Our domain name would be for forwarded from http://oneandone.co.uk

(2) Are your servers based in the UK or the US? Your webpage at http://uk.kualo.com/hosting.php only mentions Data Centres in the United States. We'd prefer a web host which hosts our sites in the UK for the sake of speed as the majority of our sites' visitors are from within Britain.

(3) The reason we wish to transfer our Web sites to Kualo UK is because our current webhost has been suffering a lot of downtime. Do you have any independent statistics on the reliability of your service and what percentage of time sites have been inaccessible in recent months?
