Hi,

There hasn't been a major demand for this at the moment, but if this is something people would be interested in doing then by all means it is something we can consider...

We'll certainly discuss this amongst ourselves, I invite everyone to add their contributions to this thread too.

Best regards,

Jo

I know its gets crazy sometimes when a reseller sells a reseller package as far as logistics, but woudl be a good offering to give out

OK, well we can certainly look into it. We do actually offer a package whereby you can create your own resellers, although it is not listed on our site.

You get 15GB space and 100GB bandwidth, and can carve that up into upto 10 reseller accounts which you can resell on.

That costs $125 USD a month, and would thus enable you to make more profit per resold account than you would simply through reselling our packages.

In addition, another advantage is that we only fill a server with a maximum of five such accounts to help ensure loads remain low.

Just another option to consider.

Hi jmb1881,

I have discussed this with our Operations Director. Currently as stated it’s not something we offer, and naturally we are unable to make the rash decision to offer this at a moments notice without fully evaluating the long term impacts, pros cons etc. of doing so. That would certainly be a short-sighted business decision, although naturally I understand that you might be urgently seeking such information from us.

What I can assure you though, is that it will be given thorough consideration over the remainder of the month as we have in fact planned several meetings to discuss the redevelopment of the website and refocusing of business directions.

So, in short I am unable to give you a decisive answer now, suffice to say that I imagine such a system will be introduced in the very near future. I hope that in despite of this, we will be able to service your needs as a wholesale host and I hope to be able to welcome you to our community shortly!

Very best regards,

Jo

Hi Jo,

I just wanted to let you know that I would also be interested in reselling reseller space to my customers. (thats a mouthful! lol)

Of course, it comes to be a matter of my buying extra space and bandwidth, a bigger package, when I wont need it yet. If I were to advertise it on my website, that its offered, and I had someone buy a reseller package when I did not have it setup yet with you, how quickly would you be able to set my account up for it?

Hi,

We normally set accounts up within a couple of hours, guaranteed within 24 but I'll eat my hat if it ever takes that long without good reason!

If you guys wanted to start reselling our accounts now, then be aware that it is perfectly fine to do so, but presently you would not be able to benefit from any discount from our current pricing. So you'd just have make your profit on top of what we charge, which to be honest shouldn't be too hard for many of you, especially those focusing on a local market.

Best,

Jo
